Yerevan - City Gyumri - Tegher Monastery - Yerevan


1. Departure from Yerevan to the city Gyumri.

Gyumri is the second largest city in Armenia and the capital of the Shirak Province in the northwestern part of the country. Gyumri is the city where you will feel the diversity of startling architectural style. It is one of the few Armenian cities where the spirit of 19th century is still alive. Black and red tufa buildings, sculptured frontons, old wooden doors and astounding downspouts will let you experience an unforgettable adventure and take away wonderful memories with you.

2. City Tour in Gyumri(City Research Center) _ The City Research Center is a non-governmental organization whose goal is to promote self-development, economic growth, preservation of culture and history, and the implementation of youth programs. After a 90-minute tour, you will get acquainted with the city's culture and architecture.

3. Lunchtime (Restaurant Armenia) _ Restaurant has received his name from the film of the famous Armenian name. The film tells about five blacksmith friends living in Gyumri during the Second World War.

4. The gallery of Mariam and Yeranuhi Aslamazyan sisters (Master - class) _ Aslamazyan sisters, Mariam and Yeranuhi, were the first female artists during the Soviet era. You can work with clay in the gallery with the help of artists. You can save the created works, as a recollection․

5. Visit to Tegher Monastery _ Tegher Monastery is an early 13th-century Armenian monastery and church located on the southeastern slopes of Mount Aragatsnear the modern village Tegher.

6. Return to Yerevan.

Day 1


Yerevan - Lake Sevan (Sevanavank) - Goshavank Monastery - Dilijan Town


1. Departure from Yerevan.

2. Lake Sevan (Sevanavank) – Lake Sevan one of the largest high altitude lakes in the world. The lake is at an altitude of 1900 m above sea level. Sevan is famous for its different kinds of fish, particular for ishkhan, which means “princely fish”. Church in the Sevan peninsula, Sevanavank, is embodied with its beauty and completes the landscape attractiveness. Sevanavank was built in the 9th-10th centuries by the daughter of king Ashot Bagratuni, Mariam.

4. Goshavank Monastery _ Goshavankis a 12th-or 13th-century Armenian monastery located in the village ofGosh in the Tavush Province of Armenia. Today the monastery is not a functioning religious complex, although it remains a popular tourist destination and has recently undergone some light restoration.

Goshavank was erected in the place of an older monastery once known asNor Getik, which had been destroyed by an earthquake in 1188.

5. After you will go to Dilijan, one of the resort towns in Armenia. Usually called Armenian Switzerland or Little Switzerland by the locals, it is one of the most important resorts of Armenia, situated within the Dilijan National Park. The forested and reclusive town is home to numerous Armenian artists, composers, and filmmakers and features some traditional Armenian architecture.

6. Buduart House (Master - class) _ Buduart House was founded in 2008 by a professional artist couple, Armanand Margarita. The Buduart House concept suggests a showroom where visitors can discover their creative side, enjoy the entertainment and the wine with their friends.

Day 2


Dilijan - Kchuch Restaurant - Dilijan Geological Museum - Lake Parz


1. Morning breakfast in the hotel.

2. Master - class in Kchuch Restaurant _ Kchuch restaurant was founded in 2016. In restaurant you can cook traditional Armenian dishes with a skilled chef.

3. Dilijan‘s Geological Museum _ Dilijan's Geological Museum was founded in 1952, and the gallery in 1958. The first archeological discoveries in Armenia have been made in Dilijan in 1850th in a place called Redkin Lager. The name of the place comes from the name of the road builder and engineer Redkin who set up his camp near Dilijan, on the right bank of the river Aghstev. At the time, the road passed through Dilijan and the main part of items found during the archeological excavations in the surrounding areas of Dilijan was transferred to museum of Moscow, Leningrad, Tbilisi and Yerevan.

The museum consists of the following sections:

• Fundamental: Archeology and Ethnography;

• First floor: Armenian Fine Arts (Socrealism);

• Second floor: 16th-19th century foreign artists.

4. Then lunch in the Kchuch restaurant, where you will taste traditional dishes prepared with your own hands, which will make tempting your journey․

5. Lake Parz _ Lake Parz is a small lake located in the Dilijan National Park, east of Dilijan in Armenia. The lake was formed by natural climatic changes. "Parz" in Armenian means clear.

6. Return to Yerevan.

Day 1


Yerevan - Khor Virap - Noravank Monastery - Wings Of Tatev - Goris


1. Departure from Yerevan.

2. Khor Virap Monastery _ which is an Armenian monastery located in the Ararat plain in Armenia. Khor Virap's notability as a monastery and pilgrimage site is attributed to the fact that Gregory the Illuminator was initially imprisoned here for 13 years by King Tiridates III of Armenia. The monastery is surrounded by green pasture lands and vineyards within the Ararat plain and is in view of Mount Ararat. There are a few particularly immediately-recognizable national symbols around which all Armenians rally, and Mount Ararat sits quite high on that list. The mountains of Ararat are where Noah’s Ark landed, after all, according to the Book of Genesis, thus affording Mount Masis – the Armenian name used alongside Ararat – a holy status. A piece of Noah’s Ark can be viewed in the museum of Etchmiadzin in the Ararat plain.

3. Monastery of Noravank _ The Armenian Apostolic Monastic Complex, built in the 13th to 14th centuries. The monastery is best known for its two storey Surb Astvatsatsin church, which grants access to the second floor by way of a narrow stone-made staircase jutting out from the face of building.

5. Tatevs' Ropeway _ "Tatev" ropeway has been registered in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's longest reversible ropeway that moves without stop. Length is 5752 m.

6. Tatev Monastery _ Tatev Monastery is a 9th-century Armenian Apostolic monastery located on a large basalt plateau near the Tatev village in Syunik Province in southeastern Armenia. The Tatev Monastery played a significant role in the history of the region as a center of economic, political, spiritual and cultural activity.

Goris - Khndzoresk - Shinuhayr - Zorats Karer(Armenian Stonehenge) - Sisian Town

1. Tour to Khndzoresk _ Khndzoresk is a village and rural community (municipality) in the South-East of Armenia, in the province of Syunik. Khndzoreskis widely famous for its canyon with picturesque rock formations and ancient cave settlements. The artificial caves, some of which are currently used as stables and warehouses, used to be inhabited till the 1950s.

2. Visit to Shinuhayr Village (Women's Resource Center) _ The village is famous for sheep breeding, and it prepares traditional Armenian carpets from sheep wool. Goris Women's Resource Center NGO offers its visitors interesting travel experiences in which the entire cycle of wool-rugs is presented.

4. Zorats Karer (Armenian Stonehenge) _ ZoratsKarer also called Karahunj, Qarahunjor Carahungeand Carenishis a prehistoric archeological site near the town of Sisian in the Syunik Province of Armenia. It is also often is represented in international tourist lore as the "Armenian Stonehenge".

5. Sisian Town _ Sisian is a town and the center of the urban community of Sisian in Syunik Province at the south of Armenia.

Sisian - City Yeghegnadzor - Areni Winery - Yerevan

1. Sisian Ceramics workshop and master-class _ Sisian Ceramics was founded in 2004 by the master of ceramics VahagnHambardzumyan and his wife, Zara Gasparian. Vahagnand Zara offer two master classes, pottery on a brass wheel or drawing with batik technology.

2. Under The Walnut Tree _ For twenty years, the Khalatyan’sfamily hosts travelers. They introduce to guests the traditions of Armenian dishes and wine making in a warm atmosphere.

4. Yeghegnadzor Geological Museum _ Yeghegnadzor Regional Museum was founded in 1968.

The museum is the center of cultural values, scientific research and propaganda of Vayots Dzor region (Armenia). The museum comprises numerous ancient treasures discovered in Vayots Dzor , including unique artifacts tracing back to various historic periods. The ancient collection has significant importance for studying not only the history of the region but also the history of Armenia as a whole.

5. Areni wine winery The Areni Wine Factory CJSC was founded in 1994 on the initiative of the Simonyan family in the village of Areni(Vayots Dzorregion, Armenia), with the aim to continue and enrich winemaking traditions.
